I am currently a research assistant at Stanford Vision and Learning Lab, working under the guidance of Prof. Shangzhe Wu in Prof. Jiajun Wu’s group.

I have completed my MS in Computer Science (Progressive Degree Program), BS in Computer Engineering and Computer Science, and BA in Applied and Computational Mathematics at the University of Southern California (USC), graduated summa cum laude and with Steven & Kathryn Sample Renaissance Scholar Distinction. I was also fortunate to be supported by USC Associates Senior Scholarship. At USC, I have worked with Dr. Yunhao Ge at USC iLab, under the supervision of Prof. Laurent Itti. I have also interned at Microsoft Research Asia (MSRA), USC Information Sciences Institute (ISI), and Tongji University.

I am currently applying for graduate programs and research oriented jobs/internships. My research interest lies in computer vison and graphics and visual generative AI, their applications towards human-centric AI, and solutions from data-centric perspectives. I have broad interests and open to other topics as well. Some of the specific interests include:

  • Dynamics and physics understanding of computer vision
  • Controllable and creative image/text/3D/4D generation
  • Data-centric solution for generative AI
  • Multimodal pretraining, learning, large language models and their applications
  • Other general computer vision tasks such as detection, tracking, matching, super-resolution, calibration
